Charismatic child actor Junior Mehmood, whose lively on-screen presence and impressive dance moves made him a sensation in Hindi films in the late 1960s and early 1970s, died in Mumbai on Friday at the age of 67. His son Hasnain Syed told PTI that the veteran actor was battling stomach cancer and succumbed to it after 17 days of serious illness.
